Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I change my departure date and time?
Yes, you may change the departure date and time of your e-tickets by paying an amendment fee of $5 per seat BUT no changes is allowed 48 hours prior to actual departure.

2. How can I change my ticket and pay the amendment fee?
You can change your ticket and pay the amendment fee at our ticketing counter. You have to present your ticket in order to make the necessary changes. Please take note that all changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to actual departure

3. How can I print the e-ticket after booking a seat online?
The e-ticket is ready to be print immediately after you bought it online.

4. Can I get a refund for cancellations?
No Refund are given for cancellations.

5. Do I need to exchange my e-tickets for boarding?
Yes, you need to exchange the e-tickets to the actual tickets before boarding at our counters at least 30 min before departure

6. Do I need to bring the credit card use for my online booking for boarding?
Yes, you need to produce the credit card use for your online booking to avoid fraud cases.

7. What is the luggage restrictions on board the coaches?
Each passenger is only allowed to bring luggage not exceeding 10kg. The size is limited to 55cm x 35cm x 25cm .

8. Can I travel on the coach if I am getting Visa-On-Arrival at the checkpoint?
No, you are not allowed to travel on our coach if you are getting Visa-On-arrival at the checkpoint. All visas need to be ready before boarding our coaches.

9. How long will the coach wait for me if I did not turn up on time for boarding?
Our coaches will only wait for 5 min and hence after that, the ticket will be invalid.

10.How long will the coach wait for me if I have problems at the checkpoints?
Our coaches will only wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the checkpoints for all Immigration Clearance, in which after that our coaches will move off and expenses to your destinations has to be bear by passengers.

11. Do I need to bring along all my belongings and luggage for Immigration Clearance at the checkpoints?
Yes, u need to bring along all your belongings and luggage at the checkpoints for Immigration Clearance.If you are travelling from Singapore to Malaysia, you have to bring all your belongings and luggage at the Malaysia Checkpoint for Immigration Clearance personally. Vice versa, if you are travelling from Malaysia to Singapore, you have to bring all your belongings and luggage at the Singapore Checkpoint for Immigration Clearance personally.

12. Who will be responsible if I lost my belongings and luggages during the journey?
The passengers are responsible for any loss of belongings and luggages during their entire journey. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the passengers personal belongings and luggages.
